Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The bass fish is made from rice krispie treats, covered with fondant and hand painted with food coloring and luster dust. Since this was an out of town order, the customer was given additional decorations to place on the cake prior to serving. The smaller picture was taken by the customer after she assembled the remaining decorations.

I was just telling Sandra what a fantastic time we had and how WONDERFUL the cake was. Don’t be surprised if you get an order in the future. One of the “fishing” wives said that her hubby was going to be jealous.
Best part is that in addition to how amazing the cake looked, it tasted amazing! The drive was certainly worth it and my husband was VERY surprised. I’ll try to send pictures this weekend. THANK YOU for an outstanding job!
