This cake was made for several birthdays that all fall on the same day. It's a two tier cake iced in buttercream with cheesecake filling. The bass on top is hand molded from rice krispy treats, covered in fondant and hand painted. All of the decorations are edible, except the fishing pole.

This was one of the most amazing cakes that I have ever seen. The fish was so awesome. The cake decorator has so much talent. We did not want to cut the cake, but we took many pictures of it for our scrapbook. This cake was so delicious. I fully recommend trying one of these cake, you will not be disappointed.
